The room we had included climate control, a laptop-size safe and multi-channel TV. The hotel was in a great and decent location very close to plaza and Casco Viejo, airport and the old town and 5 de Mayo station. And it was within walking distance of La Michoacana, ate there couple of times.

Convenient location for exploring Cinta Costera and nearby restaurants. Surprisingly nice interior, especially on the 9th floor. Friendly staff and recently renovated bathroom. a pleasant stay.

The room was basic, clean, and functional. We had a comfortable stay with a reasonable location. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. We appreciate the efforts made to keep the room tidy and comfortable.

The air conditioner was a bit noisy and the temperature took a while to cool. Additionally, there was a lack of power points in the bathroom.

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the comfortable king-size bed and the cleanliness of the room. the view of the city's skyline was also a pleasant surprise. the hotel's location was key, as it was close to several attractions and restaurants, making it convenient to explore and find plenty of dining options.

One downside of this hotel was the unreliable Wi-Fi, which only worked well in the reception area. I encountered some issues with the cleanliness of the bedding, as one of the beds had leftover rice and hairs on it.
